PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The EMEA Partner Practice Development organization at Salesforce provides regional leadership developing partnerships with global and regional System Integration Partners (SIs). Salesforce is transforming the industry and the Partner Practice Development Sales Cloud & CPQ Lead is responsible for helping to lead this change by developing and delivering Sales Cloud & CPQ enablement programs to increase partner certifications, implementation quality and partner sales.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Sales Cloud & CPQ Lead will work closely with the Regional Director for Sales and Service Alliances and network with global resources to create and deliver partner enablement at scale. The lead will develop networks and relationships with partners, regional sales teams, supporting channel organizations, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities will be to develop, maintain, and deliver content that supports the goals and objectives of the Global Partner Development for Sales Cloud & CPQ. The Sales Cloud & CPQ Lead will have opportunities to evangelize Salesforce's value proposition with the partner organizations, grow the partner's value proposition specifically to Sales Cloud & CPQ.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·  Work directly with the regional manager for Sales and Service Cloud and liaison with other global Sales & CPQ subject matter experts to develop, execute, and deliver the Sales Cloud & CPQ Partner Enablement program.
·  Utilize the Global Partner Development Team and Alliances and Channels team members to identify program needs and develop programs and content for delivery. Execute Partner Practice Development plans in the region to drive certification growth and deliver customer success.
·  Identify partner repeatable offerings, enablement content, and media from the Sales, Product Management, Trailhead and other resources.
·  Work with the regional manager to execute, manage and deliver programs tied to global and regional partner strategies and initiatives aligned with regional and country resources.
·  Produce reports and maintain dashboards that communicate program effectiveeness to management and stakeholders
·  Participate and support regular updates with the regional manager and keep partners, Salesforce Product Management, and internal stakeholders.
·  Provide effective and timely communication and coordination of Salesforce ecosystem strategy & capabilities. Serve as a regional subject matter expert for Sales Cloud with regional partners.
·  Execute and deliver relevant presentations, programs, and content to regional partners. When necessary localize content to maximize impact. Maintain program materials and documentation to ensure that partners have up to date and accurate information.

WORK EXPERIENCE

· 
·  Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)
·  Two to three years experience in a customer or channel technical enablement role. Familiar with enterprise-level businesses or global systems integrators (GSIs) like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC as well as boutique and regional SIs.
·  Ability to describe and demonstrate the value proposition of Salesforce, the Salesforce Platform generally and the Sales Cloud specifically. Champion for cloud computing and salesforce automation with strong Enterprise software market experience and PaaS, SaaS, and or Cloud technology companies.
·  Proven ability to develop, maintain, and improve technical enablement programs .
·  Ability to use data to identify enablement gaps and opportunities, to work within the organization plan and execute enablement programs.
·  Comfortable delivering content virtually through webinars and or in person to groups. Technical depth to be comfortable as a leader or advisor for Sales Cloud to deliver training to strategic global partners.
·  Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while navigating a matrixed regional and global organization with many stakeholders.
·  Results driven who demonstrates Salesforce company values.
·  Tolerance for ambiguity with maturity and experience to be able to fill in the gaps able to deliver programs in a fast-changing environment
·  Willingness to travel throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa as necessary with a focus on Europe- UKI, Benelux, Nordics, South, and Central. Culturally sensitive and able to adjust to local customs and individual country business protocols and dynamics.
