Department & Role Description:
The Industries Campaigns Team is looking for a rockstar marketer and event professional who’s dynamic, creative, and has a track record of creating, delivering and executing killer programs to drive awareness and pipe at industry events. Must be an innovative thinker with great experience developing demand gen programs specifically focused on generating maximum ROI pre-, during, and post-events.

This is a highly collaborative and cross-industry role that will work closely with the strategic events and marketing teams to ensure demand generation success with each third-party event. The position is responsible for managing or supporting the Industry Campaigns team with third party event portfolio planning, program and budget management, event execution, internal communication, vendor management, analysis and reporting of program initiatives.

Responsibilities:

·  Build a scalable, effective model and strategy for generating demand and ROI from industry events
·  Work with relevant industry teams and stakeholders to develop and execute demand generation plans supporting each industry event
·  Partner with industry campaign managers to manage industry event pipeline as part of larger industry campaign plans and goals
·  Manage lead routing and operational deliverables within Salesforce and marketing systems
·  Build reporting resources and dashboards to evaluate event performance
·  Own communications with vendors and manage contract negotiations to favorable terms for demand gen
·  Communicate effectiveness of industry events to key stakeholders after each event
·  Travel to key industry events to support onsite needs and ensure demand gen programs are executed properly

Required Experience and Qualifications:

· 
·  5+ years experience in marketing with 3+ years experience in trade show and event management, preferably in a B2B, tech, fast-paced environment
·  Strong understanding of demand generation and proven success developing programs to drive ROI from events
·  Experience across multiple industries / verticals and ability to build industry-specific programs
·  Proven effectiveness in contract / sponsorship negotiations
·  Experience recommending budget allocation to optimize spend across event-focused tactics
·  Solid understanding of marketing and event technology (incl. Salesforce)
·  High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
·  Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
·  Track record for delivering under tight deadlines.
·  Strong communication skills
·  Data-driven marketer with ability to dive into the numbers and analyze event peformance
