The Essentials Team is currently hiring Managers for the Business Coaches teams in San Francisco, CA, Atlanta, GA and Toronto, Canada!

The Essentials Business Coaches team is new team launched in FY20 in the new Essentials and Small Business organization. This team bridges the gap between small businesses and the software solutions of Essentials and Salesforce. As a Manager, you would be leading a team of Essentials Business Coaches that encompasses discovery, training, coaching, project and relationship management. Essentials Business Coaches are responsible for ensuring successful adoption and conversion of Salesforce Essentials prospects through our trial. Equal parts trusted advisor and product expert, we work closely with small businesses to help them succeed.

As manager, you will ensure the success of each Essentials Business Coach and be responsible for achieving team metrics. This team is delivering a new experience in FY20 and with that comes the need to help establish new processes to make our org, our prospects, and our customers successful. You will not just follow a script handed down to you — you will help us innovate on this new experience. We know that a team is successful only when there are common values that guide our day to day activities. You will be a role model for the team to practice our values of Customer Success, Ease of Use, Speed, and importantly, Data-Driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Be a player that manages customers and a coach that manages the team's activities
·  Understand the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and the outcomes they are looking to achieve to act as a trusted advisor and provide best practices
·  Consistently drive team towards our goal of increasing our prospects’ satisfaction level and providing an experience that will ‘WOW’ them
·  Become a Salesforce product expert, helping prospects realize value of our small business products
·  Present and demo Essentials and other platform products to prospects clearly and confidently, tailoring individual demos to their needs
·  Mentor the team on best practices and help them grow their skills
·  Act as an escalation point for technical issues and route to Support when appropriate
·  Work with other teams to remove hurdles for your team and for customers
·  Ensure the team meets or exceeds key KPI’s and metrics
·  Be innovative and identify and make recommendations to drive improvements across product and processes
·  Define and establish new processes for the team, based on data-driven insights
·  Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment

Qualifications

·  BA/BS Degree preferred
·  ADMIN 201 certification preferred, more advanced certifications a plus
·  2-5 years Customer Facing or Sales Experience
·  1-2 years of Manager or Team Lead Experience
·  A willingness and ability to \'dive right in\', self-learn, be effective, and make a difference
·  Demonstrated ability to establish new processes and advocate for your team
·  Basic troubleshooting skills, perseverance, empathy, and patience
·  The ability to communicate and empathize with all levels of customers- executives, end users, and developers
·  The ability to effectively multi-task and juggle priorities
·  Top-notch written and verbal skills—English required
