Role: Human Resources M&A Specialist
Location: San Francisco, CA
About the HR M&A Team:
This role is on the Human Resources M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team and provides support for Salesforce acquisitions. The HR M&A Specialist will bring operational expertise to help scale and grow the Human Resources M&A function, accelerate Salesforce's acquisition strategy and capture deal value.
This individual will focus on one or more areas of ES M&A to support a successful integration, including data management, offer letter management, and project management. The person will also help shape the overall integration strategy and will be a Salesforce ambassador for acquired employees to support a successful on-boarding experience.
The role works with a team of functional specialists and diverse partners to coordinate ES acquisition milestones and activities (from due diligence through employee on-boarding and integration transition).
Your Impact:
· Support HR M&A deal lead in HR diligence, integration planning and execution.
· Own and manage acquired employee data and be accountable for the employee census file through all phases of an acquisition integration and/or coordinate all aspects of producing and tracking employee offers and on-boarding packages.
· Data Management: Focus on data integrity, requesting, scrubbing and matching target company data; managing access requirements and feeds to relevant integration partners, preparing data for employee offers, partnering with Employee Success Operations team on Workday upload and tracking post upload changes and data pulls.
· Offer Letter Management: Ensure correct right templates by country/state/offer type, with all associated documents, and coordinating with Employment Legal to ensure those documents reflect all deal terms. Produce offers, tracking acceptance, downloading and reviewing offers for PIIA/OBA and other disclosures; coordinating with Legal on follow up and ensuring offers are archived with ES Ops. Coordinate with recruiting leads on any inflight offers and recruiter and/or hiring manager training.
· Project Management: Create and manage project plans and budgets to support deal-specific and cross-deal activity. Manage infrastructure support for the HR M&A team, including integration playbook, reporting and other key tools.
· Work on process improvement projects. Partner with internal & external global teams in developing and evolving our ES M&A playbook. Identify and advise on opportunities, risks, and trends related to ES M&A while developing action plans to address.
· Partner with a virtual and extended team to ensure integration plans are delivered consistently across the globe and in compliance with region and local processes and policies. Required Skills/Experience:
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis.
· High level of computer literacy and working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of databases and HR systems.
· Comfortable with high volume workload.

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
· Demonstrated experience in analysis and/or reporting role with knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday
· Preferable but not necessary, 1+ years experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
· Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
