Role Description:
· Build effective working relationships, influencing, and challenging the leaders on their own development as well as delivery of their people agendas in support of the achievement of their business.
· Provide advices on change management initiatives, organizational / departmental restructures / job role design / outsourcing / transfers / employee relations situations and clarify accountabilities to drive performance management
· Participate and lead the resourcing plans and workforce development initiatives including capability training and retention strategies as well as investment program in talent to build a succession bench for key roles.
· Manage training course delivery and training records
· Work closely in partnership with Employee Success team members to ensure that the appropriate and efficient operational execution is ensured. Your Impact:
Work closely with the Employee Success Team (HR Team) to build up trustful relationship with Sales, Marketing and Back Office functions. The main objectives are to provide a consultancy service that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that enable key clients to effectively deliver their business plans and people agendas.
Basic Requirements:
· Fluency in oral and written communications in Japanese and Business Level English
· 3-5 years experience in HR operational and strategic projects
· Proven experience of successfully developing, leading and implementing HR / Training strategy and operational plans as a HR business partner at a medium or large organization
· Proven experience of working in a fast pace working environment, ideally, at multi-national companies
· Drove and coordinated successfully with multi functions and various stakeholders Key Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:
· Ability to champion and promote new ideas that contribute to the aims and meet the business needs
· Ability to understand the business and review financial data and business cases to contribute to strategic or tactical initiatives
· Strong communication skill both verbally and written and interpersonal skills in influencing and coaching
