The role of the Executive Briefing Coordinator is to help facilitate the management of the Executive Briefing Center meetings and events, while following best practices and procedures. The Executive Briefing Center is a strategic sales asset that influences our most strategic opportunities. This position requires strong logistical skills and the ability to work with Executive Management, Sales Management and other critical organizations to ensure the success of these meetings. This is a dynamic position for someone interested in a career in Marketing, Programs, Sales events, and Sales Productivity.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with EBC Strategists to create a fantastic experience for our Customers and Account Teams
- Be the first point of contact for Customers in the EBC. Be the "Chief of First Impressions"
- Handle all logistical details for EBCs(meetings) - setting up room to be Customer-ready, arrange catering, arrange dinner reservations, arrange drivers, etc.
- Creatively come up with special touches to personalize a Customer visit.
- Be Go To contact at EBC Reception throughout the day for our Customers and Account Teams.
- Handle requests throughout the day from Account Teams/Customers to help improve the overall experience.

- BA/BS from a 4-Year University
- Minimum 2 Years prior business experience
