Job Details

- Processing payroll data for EMEA countries in concordance with the Swiss manager and team- Responsible for the quality of payrolls processed by payroll providers (mainly ADP)- SOX controls through the internal process. - Be responsible for ensuring that monthly and annual local tax payments and compliance requirements are met   - Work with third party providers to ensure timely and accurate filings- Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll in a timely manner- Support the tax, finance, auditors teams with any payroll queries they may have including running reports as needed- Support accounting teams with reconciliations (help GL team, treasury, AP,...)- Manage Employee Stock purchase plan, RSU and Stock Options in payroll for countries of responsibility- Proactively manage the relationship with benefit providers (health insurance, pension, meal ticket,…)- Involved in ad-hoc projects including process improvements and acquisition integration within an international environment Required Skills/Experience   

·  Knowledge of EMEA payroll
·  Bachelor degree required
·  Two to five years of payroll background
·  Proficient with Excel
·  Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
·  European Language desired in addition to English
·  Willing to work on a independent manner
·  Willing to work in a fast growing, challenging environment
