Position: CPG Partner Account Manager

We are looking for a Consulting Partner Growth Partner Manager to join the Channel Alliances team within Salesforce.com . The CPG Partner Manager will be responsible for driving incremental revenue, successful implementations and certifications while driving volumes of Consulting Partners into strategic growth areas. The focus will be on supporting partners that are already in the Salesforce.com Cloud Alliance ecosystem as well as generating net-new relationships. The CPG Partner Manager will be responsible for driving incremental revenue, successful implementations and certifications while driving volumes of Consulting Partners into strategic growth areas.

Responsibilities:
• Lead qualification for new consulting partner leads
• Own the success of the Consulting Partner Program in your region
• Develop and Execute jointly agreed GTM and Business Plans which include: demand generation activities, training/education, and development of joint offerings to deliver against revenue, certification and customer satisfaction targets.
• Work with Partner, Salesforce.com Account Executives, GTM Team and Salesforce.com Management to provide alignment and clarity for the delivery of customer implementations and incremental revenue
• Provide partner management to both existing and net-new Consulting Partners to ensure that they are developing Sales, Pre-Sales, and delivery capabilities in line with Salesforce.com strategy.

Required Skills/Experience:
• Account planning and execution skills
• Strong business solutions aptitude across a wide vertical and horizontal range.
• Ability to align partners and Salesforce.com staff on shared opportunities
• Demonstratable solution sales experience selling OEM, ISV or direct software or SaaS solutions or similar
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals w/ a strong W2 track record
• Experience within a business applications vendor in building and managing mutually beneficial partnerships with SIs, ISVs & Consulting Firms
• Proven record of building relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
• 2-3 Years Experience in a Partner Account/Channel/Alliances role
• Strong time management skills
• Proven consultative sales solutions skills
