Role:

The Salesforce.org Marketing team is looking for a Campaign Marketing Associate to support our nonprofit marketing and demand generation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing email marketing & webinar logistics, promoting field marketing events, and supporting digital outreach efforts.

The ideal candidate prides themselves in excellent organization and flawless execution. This creative individual will use data-driven insights to create real impact, executing campaigns to drive product interest, brand recognition, report findings, and help drive the team towards its goals.

Responsibilities:

· 
75% integrated marketing campaigns, email marketing and field marketing events support

· 
25% digital marketing support (drafting social media posts, website and blog support)

· 
Execute on our integrated nonprofit campaigns across email, digital, and social channels

· 
Work within email service provider to produce, test and schedule emails for webinars, events, product launches, partner comms, etc.

· 
Collaborate with our nonprofit industry and customer success teams to manage our nonprofit webinar program

· 
QA email copy and HTML code to ensure functionality and deliverability

· 
Support relationship with agency(s)

· 
Partner with our international team members to align on campaign strategies and tactics

· 
Brainstorm ideas to improve effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns

· 
Stay up-to-date on email standards, social media benchmarks, campaign marketing trends, etc.

Required Skills/Experience:

· 
3-5 years of experience in marketing with a strong emphasis in email marketing & social media

· 
Strong communication, oral and written skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

· 
Proven ability to work independently and manage day-to-day projects proactively

· 
Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, start-up environment

· 
Experience working with Salesforce, HTML and CSS, and strong knowledge of ESP platforms - Pardot preferred.

· 
Experience with global nonprofits a plus

· 
Graphic design skills a plus

· 
Bilingual a plus
