BDR Program Manager - Reston, VA
Overview:
We are seeking a BDR Program Manager, to be the go-to person to drive our commitment to campaigns, run-rate programs, operational excellence and culture across the BDR organization. The BDR Program Manager will work closely within our BDR leadership team and also with BDR individual contributors and business partners to identify operational challenges and opportunities, create solutions and execute on them.
This position will report into the RVP of PBU BDR and will be critical to our success as an organization. The BDR Program Manager possesses an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce processes across our Distribution organization; has a strong analytical mindset to review data and processes and identify improvements; can effectively communicate complex challenges and solutions to leadership; can effectively build business justifications and build consensus and buy-in for changes to our processes.
Role Responsibilities:

Deliver clear, specific, measurable and significant improvements to our business in the form of pipeline and ACV, on time and on target.

Work with marketing and the sales team to design and execute on campaigns that will directly influence pipeline and ACV for the PBU business. This includes translating existing PBU campaigns for BDR in the form of BDR call scripts, email templates, call lists, etc., as well as developing their own campaigns for BDR. The Program Manager will develop tracking mechanisms leveraging reports and dashboards for each campaign to measure effectiveness and produce more of “what’s working.”

Work with operations and BDR leadership to design and execute on training and enablement programs that will directly impact ramp time, effectiveness of BDR in role, and promotion readiness. This includes providing a BDR voice for existing PBU enablement, developing specific BDR training sessions, further developing training documents like the BDR Playbook and PBU BDR Force, and developing career development programs for BDR to ECS and SDR to BDR.

Own all collaboration and feedback loop between BDR, BDR Management and internal and external business partners regarding everything related to the operations of our business

Own Hub lead and other programs within the BDR organization to drive improved collaboration and culture

Be creative and innovative in the approach to our processes to ensure that we meet our goal of being “best in class at scale.”

Build in-depth knowledge of our technology stack to better leverage our current tools, and lead the assessment and implementation of additional technology

Continuous improvement analysis of our BDR business, with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications:

Required Experience:
·
3 years Deep knowledge of Lead Generation and Lead Distribution processes; includes understanding Marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Superior written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
·
Proven track record of optimizing operational processes and the Sales Development technology stack.
·
Multiple years of experience of accessing and leading implementation of technology solutions for enterprise-size companies
·
3+ years of deep analytical evaluation of business metrics, producing clear tangible results and business impact
·
Proven planning, organization and project management skills. Experience identifying, managing and leading operational org-wide projects to successful execution.

Superior reporting skills using Salesforce.
·
Capable of engaging and motivating team members and establishing healthy, collaborative relationships.
·
Ability to effectively communicate and drive change.
·
Proven track record of maintaining enthusiasm, energy, focus and ability to execute in a variety of circumstances, within a large team of people.

Ability to determine the objectives and measures upon which your projects will be evaluated and set up measurements to report back.

BDR lead management processes (eg, lead prioritization, lead workflow, usage of fields, automation, etc.)

Our evolving technology stack - includes optimizing current technology like our own Salesforce instance, Lightning Dialer, and existing 3rd party tools, as well as evaluating, recommending and implementing new technologies.
·
Usage of company metrics and reporting to optimize BDR performance.
·
All other BDR processes that impact customer experience or revenue generation (eg, ROE, AE Handoff, etc).
