Description:
· This is a spectacular opportunity to develop your skills as a sales development manager and leader at Salesforce. You will work alongside industry leaders to develop our Associate Sales Development Representatives.
· You will lead an Associate Sales Development Representative (ASDR) team, which works strategically with our Business Development (BDR) teams. As a manager, you will be pivotal to developing the foundational skills that will make the ASDRs successful in sales at Salesforce. You will be very hands-on in ensuring ASDRs meet their competencies, including: the Salesforce Platform, Business Acumen, Professionalism, Selling Skills, and Salesforce Systems and Processes.
· This people management role has a unique emphasis on operational rigor, execution and optimization
Responsibilities:
· Train & develop ASDRs into sales-ready candidates for future Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative and Account Executive positions
· Manage and coach to both performance and enablement objectives
· Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
· Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
· Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
· Work closely with recruiting to reach hiring and promotion targets
· Will be responsible for hiring, developing, and promoting approximately 30 ASDRs each year
· Manage and execute on day-today and systematic operations for the ASDR program and ASDRs you manage directly
Required Skills:
· You have proven experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
· Three to five years of experience in software sales, preferably in CRM or enterprise applications, with a consistent record of overachievement of quota expectations
· Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
· Strong academic achievement
· Superior problem solving and project management skills
Preferred Skills:
· Bachelor's degree
· Master's Degree
