You have a strong track record of sales, consulting or customer success, with a love of learning and facilitating the learning of others.

This role calls for a hands-on get-it-done execution capabilities with the ability to think and act strategically in a fast-paced and complex organization. Additionally, a successful candidate will be able to manage executive-level conversations, devise the right learning strategy for the overall market and anticipate our partners' learning needs. Our ideal candidate must be able to operate independently and have the confidence to parachute into a new partner and curate/deliver a week-long onboarding bootcamp to various roles within the partner. A deep understanding of the partnering process, how Salesforce works and our unique culture are all optimal skills so you can teach new partners not only our products and solutions, but also our Aloha spirit and culture.

This vital role sits within the Worldwide Alliances & Channels team, a global team within the Distribution organization focused on managing and going-to-market with all partner types within the Salesforce ecosystem. The key focus area will be ramping our new Asian reseller partners and managing their ongoing learning strategy at scale, using all the technology and tools available including platforms like the Partner Community. Our goal is to empower our partners to deliver long-term customer success by ensuring partner readiness to work with their clients.

LOCATION: Singapore, or Hong Kong

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Design, develop and implement a learning strategy to ensure reseller partner onboarding and productivity, leveraging innovative solutions to deliver accelerated learning and productivity for all customer-facing functions/roles at a partner firm.
·  Deliver a personalised and enhanced learning experience for partners around products, solutions and how to do business with Salesforce. Ensure partners understand who we are, what we do and our culture.
·  Enable our partners to become a global community of cloud evangelists sharing ideas, experiences and solving problems together
·  Develop and deliver enablement assets, tools and programs including case studies, playbooks, story campaigns, ePublications, sales applications, etc.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

·  BA or BS in an area you are passionate about (NOTE: does not have to be business or technology. Humanities majors encouraged.)
·  3-5 years professional experience in project management or similar cross-functional, non-hierarchical team-oriented position
·  Experience with teaching others and presenting complex ideas to a mixed audience.
·  Hands-on experience with Salesforce technology, or other CRM or Similar Business Applications (Pre or Post Sales).
·  Adaptable corporate all-rounder - can quickly & smoothly shift gears
·  Curiosity & desire to learn new skills and step into unknown challenges
·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. This position will be looking after Greater China Region hence this requires the language skills. And can be based in Hong Kong, or Singapore.
