Role Description:
As a global company that's growing at the speed of light, both organically and through acquisitions, we are seeking an analyst level employee to join the Analytics Strategy and Enablement team to help our organization scale with this incredible growth. The Strategy and Enablement team is a cross-functional group that is setting the strategic direction for the group, driving cross-functional process improvement, and scale for our Global Revenue Operations organization. The Global Revenue Operations organization is responsible for Quote to Sales Compensation including: Product Operations, Sales Operations, & Sales Compensation. The related systems include functionality of our internal use of salesforce.com, Xactly Incentives modules and our data warehouse.
This role will be responsible for driving monthly reporting and analytics that will provide insights into the performance of the sales organization, drive and monitor the operations of the organization, and enable the global processes within the Revenue Operations team to scale with our substantial company growth.
Responsibilities:

·  Built Wave Dashboards and complex data integrations
·  Run monthly extracts out of Salesforce on Sales Operations quote data and Sales Compensation Order Data
·  Use Microsoft Access / Excel models to aggregate data and accurately calculate insightful metrics
·  Prepare monthly presentations to be distributed to sales compensation, sales operations, and product/pricing teams
·  Build Excel / Access models to manage the metrics in a cohesive, accurate, and efficient way
·  Manage new report request process, including defining the requirements and building the solution using various reporting tools (Business Objects, Hyperion, Xactly Analytics, salesforce.com)
·  Respond to ad-hoc analytics & reporting requests Required Skills/Experience:

·  2+ years experience in analytics including sales finance, FP&A, compensation administration, design and implementation. Preferably in the enterprise software industry
·  Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline
·  Intermediate Excel skills: use of vlookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, model building, experience in VBA a plus
·  Knowledge of queries and data/reporting tools such as Salesforce.com application, Business Objects, Microsoft Access, SQL or similar tools a plus
·  Extreme Attention to detail
·  Works independently and as a strong team player
·  Demonstrated ability to aggressively scale and improve efficiency of business processes, especially with use of technology, and process improvement methodology
·  Demonstrated ability to manage projects to on-time completion, while juggling multiple tasks
·  Understand data models & related objects within salesforce.com to build reporting infrastructure
