Department Description:
The ‘F&S’ team (Finance & Strategy) is the global champion for smart growth, delivering financial, business accountability, insight to optimize decisions, and shareholder success.

Role Description:
The primary role of the Analyst is to provide base business partnering and financial support to Business groups. You will conduct financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and decision support for Business leadership teams. You will partner with multiple functions including Sales Strategy, Business Operations, any related back-office team and HQ Finance & Accounting to deliver accurate financial forecasting, meaningful performance updates, and business improvement insights. In addition, this role will also perform consolidated level reporting in HC for all key financial matrix in Japan and lead analytical support across all the functions and take a part of global project in international F&S team.

Your Responsibilities:
· Perform Finance and Strategy support for Business group
· Build trusted relationships with key business partners and any related parties
· Manage P&L forecasting processes for Business Group (monthly and quarterly forecasts, scenario modeling, HC reporting and adhoc analysis)
· Drive improved management reporting - find ways to improve efficiency and accuracy
· Conduct consolidated reporting on HC and all key matrix in Japan level

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree required
· 2+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, including experience at a global, publicly-traded company
· Communication skill to influence others appropriately
· Proactive, passionate and flexible to changes
· Easy to deal with ambiguity and can adopt quickly in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
· Ability to work cross functionally in a complex matrix organization
· Experience with the following systems is a plus: Hyperion/Smart View, Oracle, Business Objects
· Native or equivalent in either Japanese or English, business level in the other (speaking, listening, writing and reading)

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or CPA is a plus

・ビジネスグループのP＆L予測および予算管理（月次および四半期予測、シナリオモデリング、HCレポートおよびアドホック分析）
・経営指標分析レポートの作成 - 効率と正確性の追求
・全社人員計画、経営指標のとりまとめ

Basic Requirement:
・学士号保有者
・2年以上のFP＆Aまたはグローバルな上場企業での経験を含むビジネスファイナンス経験
・コミュニケーションスキル
・積極的、情熱的に柔軟性をもって業務に取り組めるマインドセット
・曖昧さや急速に変化する環境で迅速に取り組むことができる方
・複雑なマトリックス組織で活躍した経験のある方
・Hyperion/Smart View、Oracle、Business Object、その他BIツール使用経験者歓迎
・日本語と英語どちらかはNativeレベル、もう一方は中級者レベル以上（話す、聞く、書く、読む）

Preferred Requirements:
・MBAまたはCPA保有者歓迎
