About the Global Employee Success Operations Team:

Your Impact:
As a member of the Employee Success Strategy and Operations PMO team, this role is responsible for a set of program/project work streams and techniques that are leveraged as he/she works as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the data structure, policies, and operations required to support ES programs/projects, and to recommend solutions that enable ES to meet its goals.
• Partner closely with the ES PMO and ES leaders to determine scalable ES data solutions in support of ES and enterprise-wide programs (e.g., Go for Growth, Mission Picnic, etc.)
• Participate as a project team member on enterprise wide initiatives (e.g., Go for Growth, Mission Picnic) articulating ES subject matter expertise in the areas of ES data structure requirements
• Ability to assess current and future state and perform a gap analysis
• Analyze the root cause of risks or issues and provide solutions by determining the business process design
• Adept at working with a global, virtual team
• Ability to lead work streams in support of diverse cross-functional cross-organizational programs and initiatives
• Ability to prioritize across multiple programs/projects and handle diverse assignments simultaneously
• Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and organizational change
• A genuine interest in both project management and business process management, and a desire to apply data to improving both.
• The desire to use data to tell a story that is both compelling and defensible.
Role Requirements:
· Knowledge of Employee Success business processes and systems, with an expertise in various operational areas (recruiting, compensation, benefits, shared services, etc.)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, Sharepoint and Google apps
· University degree or equivalent experience
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to manage change across a broad and diverse population and wear multiple hats
· Flexibility to work across time zones and geographies Preferred Requirements
· Familiarity with Salesforce technologies
· Familiarity with Workday, EOS Tools, and other Saas/CRM products
· Passion for leading process, data-driven, system-enabled programs
