Job Description :
As part of our Enterprise Corporate Sales team you will be selling to our top accounts in the UK.
The individual will drive business opportunities through the end to end sales cycle and will be engaging with senior business and IT executives within the customer base.
Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com , while creating satisfied customers.
Evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.
You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
Territory/ Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go to market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
Daily update of the salesforce.com system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
Experience/Skills Required:
Bachelors Degree
3-5 years of quota carrying software or technology solution sales and account management experience. Enterprise experience.
Must work well in a team selling environment.
Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level.
Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
A track record of success in selling business applications and complex solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI..)
Balance a strategic view to an account with a fast-paced transactional approach.
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
