Job Description
• Reporting to Customer Support Manager, he/she is responsible to assist Customer Service Department for Sales support, customer service and administrative works.
• The successful candidate of this position will be prompted to Key Account manager in Sales or Customer service after showing his/her potential to be bring more successes to commercial.
• Marketing data collection and analysis, Sales forecast update, Bidding documents preparation, and keep contacts with customers.
• Basic understanding of the contract terms, RFI/RFQ preparation, create orders & invoice, co-ordinate customers' enquiries & feedbacks with other related entities under supervision.
• Assist to manage rotable landing gears.
• Other works he/she may need to assist.
• Participate actively in 6S and HSE activities.
• KPI Reporting.
Job Requirements
• Master Degree of Engineering or Business related. Candidate with Excellent conditions can enjoy soften requirements.
• Fresh Graduates or higher.
• Able to converse fluently and write well in Chinese and English.
Initiative, responsible and able to take challenge and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, willing to take ownership and face changelings. Good teamwork spirit.
Good learning ability and willing to learn.
Business trip (10%).
