Starting as soon as possible, we are seeking our future Working Student in the Sales Support and Methods team. For 12 months, you will support the team in continuous improvement, methods and problem solving on commercial topics.

Key Responsibilities

As a working student supporting our Front Office Department, you will ensure Operational Maintenance, the update and improvement of the digital tool:

• Support the team in commercial calculation and contract management;

• Support the team in development of forecasting tools for commercial activities

o Ensure a gap analysis in data accuracy and recover it;

o Support the Data Analyst into dashboard improvement;

o Support the Data Analyst in the specification and Developer in the implementation of new features;

o Prepare the future data structure of the tool on SQL;

o Ensure proper documentation and map the data structure of the contract management tool.

What you bring

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in business information systems, or any other relevant field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of SQL.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German skills are appreciated.

• Sound knowledge of project management.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive and creative thinker, attention to details.
