Job description

Manage warehouse activities for designated warehouse workstation in accordance with operational objectives

• Maintain all warehouse activities, ensuring operations are efficient and productive.

• Maintain warehouse consumables inventory and ensure adequate stock levels

• Monitor the warehouse operator performance and report to warehouse supervisor regularly

• Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirement

• Maintain the team skills matrix compliance

• Coordinate with planning and production teams to meet monthly operational targets.

• Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency

• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded and processed in SAP

• Regularly review SAP data to maintain inventory accuracy and provide reports as needed

• Supervise, guide, and support warehouse operators to achieve daily operational goals

• Provide training and performance feedback to the team

• Manage HSE & 5S inititatives in warehouse.

• Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable

• Ensure final goods compliance with applicable quality and customer requirements

• Ensure full respect of quality constraints (traceability of activities, proper packing of components, management of components with a limited shelf-life

• Good working knowledge of Supply Chain processes (procurement, warehouse management) and tools (MRP, MPS)

• Leadership: ability to manage and motivate teams, communication

• SAP WM, MM

• Fluent in English
