Worauf Du dich freuen kannst

• Unterstützung unseres Projektteams bei der Einführung eines neuen Intranet-Systems mit Microsoft SharePoint und Microsoft Office 365

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und der Durchführung von Schulungen für Endnutzer und Entwickler

• Support der einzelnen Abteilungen beim Aufbau und Gestaltung von Seiten in SharePoint

• Inhaltsmigration und Dokumentenmanagement

• Konzeptionelle Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Wissensmanagement und Intranet

• Durchführung von Tests zur Sicherstellung der Qualität und Funktionalität der entwickelten Lösungen

Candidate skills & requirements

Was Du dafür mitbringst

• Student/in in einem IT-nahen Studiengang (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich)

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung oder Administration von SharePoint oder vergleichbaren Plattformen

• Der Umgang mit Microsoft 365-Tools wie Teams, Power Apps oder Power Automate in Projekten oder Studienarbeiten ist dir vertraut

• Du hast Spaß an der IT und die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
