Job Description

• Responsible for handling product complaints

• Providing support to customers in handling complaints

• Using internal system for receiving, managing and responding to customer requests

• Receiving warranty orders from customers and processing them based on internal regulations

• Proactively informing customers about the status of complaints

• Ensuring data accuracy in LN's internal ERP system

• Cooperation with departments across the company

• Recording and resolving discrepancies regarding spare parts deliveries

Job Requirements

·  at least secondary education

• English at a communicative level

• PC knowledge (MS Office), especially MS Excel at an advanced level

• Knowledge of Power BI an advantage

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexibility and independence

• Ability to prioritize tasks

• Basic knowledge of technical documentation an advantage
