Descripción de puesto

Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in overseeing personnel movements and material supplies for the corresponding business unit

· 
Coordinate inventories, daily counts, and adjustments, adhering to the cycle counting schedule in all inventory areas to ensure material availability according to the ERP system.

· 
Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.

· 
Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the job.

· 
Ensure proper material handling, inventory levels, and shipping efficiency by coordinating single-location parts or components and making necessary adjustments to guarantee the efficient delivery of raw materials to the production area without disrupting workflow.

Balance staff workloads by reviewing daily production requirements and available resources to ensure the goals defined by planning are met.

Organize and establish procedures for the proper functioning of the warehouse through distribution analysis and inventory management methods to optimize material and human resources.

Comply with order fulfillment plans, following established production plans to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.

· 
Coordinate production, purchasing, and quality regarding existing warehouse needs related to these departments, conducting working meetings with them to identify opportunities for operational improvement.

· 
Monitor the daily attendance of assigned personnel through the daily attendance system to document incidents and ensure timely payment.

· 
Develop the skills and competencies of assigned personnel by adhering to the staff training plan to ensure the proper functioning of operations and professional growth.

· 
Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.

· 
Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.

Perfil solicitado

EDUCATION

·  High school diploma or incomplete degree.

ENGLISH LEVEL

·  Basic English.

EXPERIENCE

·  Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.

COMPUTER SKILLS

· 
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

· 
Experience with ERP and MRP systems.

OTHER SKILLS

·  Forklift Operation
