Job Description
The Warehouse Specialist I is an entry level position and is responsible for following company procedures while carrying out various warehouse duties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Read a part picklist and fulfill product from inventory location
•Execute product issuance and moves in ERP System
•Part Mark per specification
•Operates material handling equipment such as Forklift, dollies, manual and power pallet jacks
•Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verify the quantity and quality against shipping and packing slips
•Inspect products for defects and damages
•Enter and update inventory levels in the system
•Prepare orders and ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery
•Load and unload deliveries as needed
•Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the warehouse
•Transport Materials throughout the factory
•Wrap/unwrap pallets
•Create and label product per material handling requirements
•Performs various housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and free of safety hazards.
•Works cooperatively with other employees to accomplish warehouse goals.
•Follows all safety rules and regulations when completing job responsibilities.
Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Lead.
The Warehouse Specialist 2 is responsible for product movement, issuing and kitting within the warehouse area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Certified to operate and teach material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
•Prioritize individual workload and delegate tasks to warehouse specialist 1
•Package product per ATA 300 specifications.
•Read a part picklist and fulfill product from inventory location
•Execute product issuance and moves in ERP System
•Part Mark per specification
•Operates material handling equipment such as Forklift, dollies, manual and power pallet jacks
•Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verifies product quantity and quality
•Ensures document record retention requirements are met to support product certification
•Inspect products for defects and damages
•Oversee and maintain shelf-life material
•Ensure ERP system inventory level accuracy
•Prepares and verifies orders are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery
•Manage part shortage and exception list through ERP System and Excel
•Stock shelves and organize the warehouse
•Identify and implement continuous opportunity ideas
•Perform Part Capture and Control activity to support engineering change incorporation
•Supports and coaches Warehouse Specialist 1
•Resolves inventory and ERP system discrepancies
•Performs various housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and free of safety hazards.
•Works cooperatively with other employees to accomplish warehouse goals.
•Follows all safety rules and regulations when completing job responsibilities.
Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Lead.
Job Requirements
The Warehouse Specialist 3 is responsible for being a part of the leadership team in the warehouse and overseeing product movement, part receiving, issuance and kitting
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prioritize, assign and delegate tasks to other warehouse specialist
•Certified to operate and teach material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
•Ensure products are packaged per ATA 300 specifications.
•Run action reports to generate work orders for warehouse team
•Oversee and coach warehouse specialist 2 and 1
•Ensure product issuance and moves in ERP System are done properly and resolve discrepancies when discovered
•Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verifies product quantity and quality
•Ensures document record retention requirements are met to support product certification
•Ensure warehouse supplies are ordered and replenished
•Oversee dunnage and waste removal requirements
•Oversee and maintain shelf-life material
•Ensure ERP system inventory level accuracy
•Troubleshoot and repair warehouse equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
•Manage part shortage and exception list through ERP System and Excel
•Improve warehouse layout to increase operational efficiency
•Perform Part Capture and Control activity to support engineering change incorporation
•Resolves inventory and ERP system discrepancies
•Performs various housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and free of safety hazards.
•Works cooperatively with other employees to accomplish warehouse goals.
•Follows all safety rules and regulations when completing job responsibilities.
Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Lead.

• Able to perform basic mathematic calculations.
• Understanding of customer's expectations.
• Understand and follow written procedures.

Working Conditions:
• Primarily warehouse work, minimal manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift of up to 50 pounds.
• Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for safe conduct on the manufacturing floor and to meet job responsibilities.
