Job description

• Performing material issuance and purchase orders in the company's ERP system

• Carrying out issuance using a scanning device

• Checking the quantity of issued goods

• Inspecting issued goods to ensure they are not visibly damaged

• Reporting missing parts

• Reporting discrepancies and problems during issuance

• Complying with hygiene standards

• Following valid company procedures

• Adhering to 5S workplace organization principles

• Ensuring occupational safety compliance

• Applying FIFO (First In, First Out) method for issuance

• Escalating problems to supervisors

• Issuing parts into production orders from the Metalshop department

• Communicating with other departments within the warehouse
