Job description
Dedicated project on improvement of Non-Quality Management dispositioning with our Design office, and recurring issues in manufacturing including scrap.
This will include production floor activities, working with Quality Line Tech, Machining, Engineering and Quality Engineers.
But what else? (advantages, specificities, etc.)
• Vocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment
• Perform duties requiring kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds periodically
• Subjected to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, oils and other related industrial hazards
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
• Experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, data analysis, or a related field is preferred
Candidate skills & requirements
-Data Analysis and Problem Solving.
-Collecting and displaying relevant data to the workshop in a useable format to support Quality improvement needs. Leading a ritual meeting with cross-functional participation to communicate status and potential actions.
-Assist QLT's (Quality Line Technicians) on difficult or non-standard issues. Can accurately understand the technical standards and know the appropriate interfaces (Design Office) to disposition non-conformities.
-Ensure effective containment of the WIP and stock whenever confirmed or suspected non-conformities are identified before delivery.
