Job Description

Are you ready to take on an international challenge and be part of a dynamic team? We are looking for a motivated VIE to play a key role in setting up a new site in Singapore, contributing to both Supply Chain and Facilities Management activities. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure a successful business integration.

Core Mission: Supply Chain

· 
Assist in the development, implementation and refinement of the Supply Chain processes, which includes the following functional sections: Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics.

· 
Participate actively with Supply Chain Team and stakeholders (e.g., HQ, Industrial Transfer, Operations, HR, Quality, Finance, etc.) for activities related to MRO and Production Transfer.

· 
Collaborate with Planning and material vendors to ensure timely delivery and minimize excess and obsolescence.

· 
Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, and storage vendors to optimize the use of space.

· 
Collaborate with Supply Chain sections to ensure optimum support to Operations.

Facilities Management

· 
Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and repair of company facilities

· 
Provide support in managing facility budgets, space planning and sustainability initiatives

Job Requirements

• Masters / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Facility Management

• Minimum 2 years of working experience or work study in Manufacturing environment, preferably in aviation industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
