As a Supplier Performance Manager (SPM), you'll play a vital role in ensuring on-time deliveries, exceptional quality, and competitive costs. Your mission? Your Responsibilities

As part of the Asian Supplier Performance team, you will:

• Monitor Supplier Performance: Track and evaluate the performance of Safran Aircraft Engines suppliers in the region.

• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects:

• Cost Reduction: Guide suppliers in optimizing inspection processes to reduce costs across the region.

• Regionalization: Develop a visualization of capacity by region and create guidelines for localizing supply chains.

• Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Facilitate the identification and execution of improvement projects.

• Low-Carbon Initiatives: Collaborate to identify best practices, set intermediate milestones, and forecast carbon reduction goals for Asian suppliers.

• Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with other sites to ensure alignment and seamless communication.

• Enhance Supplier Performance: Conduct Lean projects to boost supplier efficiency and effectiveness.

• Crisis Management: Support the team during logistics disruptions to ensure minimal impact.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

We need a dynamic individual who embodies a “get-it-done” mindset and thrives in a multicultural environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills: Strong synthesis and data management abilities, with experience using tools like Power BI.

• Project Management Expertise: Ability to drive projects to completion.

• Experience: At least 1 year in aeronautics supply chain, production, or supplier relationship management.

• Personal Qualities: Leadership, effective communication, teamwork, and active listening skills.

• Adaptability: Ability to coordinate with diverse, multicultural teams.
