Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to support the setup of the new Safran Electrical & Power site in Singapore (Seletar) with various contribution areas to Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Security & Facilities Management. This role reports into the Quality & Airworthiness Manager and works closely with different stakeholders to ensure a successful business integration.

Quality

· 
Assist in the development and implementation of the Quality Management System and Safety Management System for Part-145 (MRO) and Part-21G (Production)

· 
Assist in and participate actively with the Quality Team and stakeholders (e.g., HQ, Industrial Transfer, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) on activities related to MRO and Production transfers

· 
Participate in internal audits and external audits by authorities/customers, including audit preparations, any post-audit follow-ups and meetings

Industrial Transfer

· 
Assist in managing the calibration & Preventive Maintenance of Tools and Assets.

· 
Build up the database in application with historical data of calibration

· 
Assist in setting up the routing sheet for Production & MRO

· 
Assist in performing inventory check during various phases of the transfer

HSE & Facilities Management

· 
Coordinate and support HSE promotion and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

· 
Monitor and support on HSE performance metrics and reports for regular updates to senior management.

· 
Collaborate with various departments to integrate HSE practices into operational procedures.

· 
Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and repair of company facilities

· 
Provide support in managing facility budgets, space planning, and sustainability initiatives

Others

· 
Explore continuous improvement initiatives focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving processes within an organization.

· 
Any other projects / duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Masters / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing environment, preferably in aviation industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
