Job Description

Purpose of the Role :

· 
Implement and update HSE policies according to local and international regulations.

· 
Conduct risk assessments, near-miss investigations and safety audits

· 
Develop and deliver training to strengthen the HSE culture, organize awareness campaigns.

· 
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure a safe working environment.

· 
Participate in the development of the local Operational Progress Plan for HSE.

· 
Coordinate emergency drills and analyze results to optimize protocols.

· 
Support cross-functional actions related to the Safety365 culture transformation project.

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience Gained:

· 
Excellent understanding of HSE standards and regulations

· 
Project management and communication skills

· 
Practical experience in risk assessment and conducting audits

· 
Proficiency in spoken and written English

· 
Intercultural experience along with fluency in other languages would be an advantage
