Job description
Within the “Customer Support & Services” Direction, and more specifically within the “Continuous Improvement” Department, your main responsibilities will include:
• Boos the continuous improvement approach within the Direction at the site level
• Contributing to the implementation of the continuous improvement / operational excellence strategy and supporting the worldwide transformation of the Division
• Leading continuous improvement projects, operational problem solving initiatives, or workshop/seminar activities
• Deploying data analysis and performance measurement tools, identifying process improvement opportunities, and managing related action plans
• Supporting the development and daily reinforcement of the Lean culture and mindset across the entire Division on site
• Working closely with the other Belts within the Direction and/or site
• Proposing and maintaining communication tools and/or innovative solutions
This is a 12 month VIE assignment, based in Gloucester, ideally starting in May 2026

Being familiar with Safran's improvement tools and methodology would be a real advantage
Candidate skills & requirements
You are a student from an Engineering or Business School, pursuing a curriculum related to project management, performance management, or continuous improvement
You have:
• A genuine interest in process improvement and performance management and well result oriented
• Strong organizational skills, proactiveness, autonomy, curiosity, and good interpersonal skills to engage and facilitate working groups
• Strong interest in collaborative and digital tools, particularly MS 365 Suite and Power BI
