Job description

The following services shall be provided as a minimum to accomplish the above:

1 Support team to monitor, maintain & continuously improve procurement activities through company KPI

2 Supports department and cross functional to achieve company Goal

3 Procure materials per MRP

4 Ensure that the material availability for the production plan

5 Daily monitor, communication with suppliers to get material on time

6 To be team support of solving material shortage problem

7 Escalation for the critical items

8 Escalation the purchase master data and feedback to Sourcing to maintain the system to accurate with the actual.

9 Attends team to recognize company the new projects

10 Responsible for ERP user

11 Support Sourcing Team as needed to fulfil Tactical Sourcing Requirements

12 Support & drive continuous improvements of department processes,

13 Follow strictly the company requirement (Safety, 5S+1, HR, Lean , AS9100)

Candidate skills & requirements

1 Completed education of not below Bachelor Degree

2 Speak and write fluently English language,

3 Computer skills, MS office especially excel (Pivot Table, Charts and Macros)

4 Cross-functional work experience

5 Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Supply Chain related fields

6 Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Procurement, Planning, ERP

7 Self-motivated with teamwork

8 Proactive mindset

9 Good in communicates skill

10 Good in negotiation skill

11 5S+1 experience will be an advantage
