Job Description
Responsible for managing and ensuring the execution of the annual training plan as well as the monitoring and follow-up of the revalidation and certification of the PTA and support areas. To be the direct contact with the aviation authority (AFAC) in matters of training groups and instructor certification.
Complementary Description
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Monitoring of the status of competencies of the Operative and Administrative staff.
Scheduling of mandatory courses required by the competent authorities.
Monitoring the release of direct and indirect personnel.
Manage training programs (external and/or internal).
To be the direct contact with the Aviation Authority (AFAC) in matters of training groups and instructor certification.
Obtaining and revalidation of class II license for direct personnel.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
Analysis and follow-up of KPIs.
Monitoring of training groups
Follow-up to requisitions generated under the training cost center.
Lead the escalation of actions in the different QRQC's.
Training file management and database administration.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of induction programs and on board training.
Knowledge of competency matrix and training profiles.
Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs or projects at the same time.
Conocimiento de la norma AS-9000 / Knowledge of the norm AS-9000
Knowledge of the requirements of the AFAC authority regarding procedures
