This position contributes to our vision by:
Collects and prepares data used to support engineering reports and analysis.
Assembles, operates, and maintains laboratory testing, measuring, and mechanical equipment
Works as part of a team.
Adjusts and repairs testing, electrical, and mechanical equipment and devices.
Inspects test equipment for wear and defective parts, using standard inspection practices.

Candidate skills & requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience is preferred.
• 1 year of related experience is preferred
• Must have general knowledge of electrical theory and background in use of laboratory test and measurement instruments.
• Must be proficient in all shop math including trigonometry.
• Must also have good working skills with Microsoft Office and data acquisition software.
• Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.
• Ability to read and review written communication.
