Job Description
Able to supervise and provide support to the test cell operator / inspector either in technical knowledge or skills, also fully autonomous in the tasks related to Test Cell.
Able to perform and validate technical analysis of engine performance, launch troubleshooting, technical calls with clients, focal point actions with the network, participate in client audits.
Validate the TCWS (Test Cell Workscope)
Technical Referent
Performance summary validation
Monitoring of test cell data
Direct the “Troubleshooting” actions in case of rejection in Test Cell
Monitoring of “Test cell log book”
Ensure compliance actions related from internal audit programs (IGP, Spot Audits, etc.)
Follow POs creation, transport coordination & consumables supply for test cell
Interpretation of ARINC alerts in Test Cell
Supervise and manage the team of Engineers,Technicians and Inspectors of the Test Cell
Checks that the corresponding working documents are filled in correctly and that the tasks have stamps and date.
Ensures a Records Compilation with all corresponding documents of the test and deliver it to Conformity Product
HoroQuartz Management
Knowledge and understanding of all different work scenarios on SHOP, KPIs Objectives, measurement and estimate
Knowledge of the process of consulting the technical documentation for the process ESM, CMM, WPG, EMP, CEMP related to engineering process
HUMAN RESOURCES: Working Rules
Complementary Description
Advanced knowledge of turbofan engines (CFM56 and LEAP) required
Knowledge of Mechanics, Thermodynamics and principles of Aerodynamics
MRO Knowledge
Industrial Knowledge
Architecture of the Test Facilities and their different systems
Operation of Engine, Test Bench and ATC
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Shop office, exposed to workshop noises
Work under pressure with little response time and outside of office hours, including weekends and holidays
7 / 24 / 365 communication with internal/external clients, key areas, Technical Direction, Operations Management and General Management.
