Job Description
Able to provide support to the test cell operator / inspector either in technical knowledge or skills, also fully autonomous in the tasks related to Test Cell.
Able to perform technical analysis of engine performance, launch troubleshooting, technical calls with clients, focal point actions with the network, participate in client audits, authorities.
Creation of the TCWS (Test Cell Workscope
Technical Referent
Performance summary validation
Monitoring of test cell data
Direct the “Troubleshooting” actions in case of rejection in Test Cell
Monitoring of “Test cell log book”
Ensure compliance actions related from internal audit programs (IGP, Spot Audits, etc.)
Follow POs creation, transport coordination & consumables supply for test cell
Interpretation of ARINC alerts in Test Cell
Interpretation of Electrical Diagrams
Complementary Description
Advanced knowledge of turbofan engines (CFM56 and LEAP) required
Knowledge of Mechanics, Thermodynamics and principles of Aerodynamics
MRO Knowledge
Industrial Knowledge
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Shop office, exposed to workshop noises
Work under pressure with little response time and outside of office hours, including weekends and holidays
7 / 24 / 365 communication with internal/external clients, key areas, Technical Direction, Operations Management and General Management.
