Responsible for reviewing SEDA units after preliminary test (electronic or mechanical) and Post Quote within the 145 Repair Shop to ensure compliance with FAA requirements and meet customer's requirements.
·
In addition, to ensure the accuracy of the preliminary (Parts demand and Customer discrepancies).
·
Identify the scope of work to ease the Customer support for quote and Master Scheduler for Standard time.
·
He can also provide technical expertise to the rest of the organization and review documentation that needs to be reviewed by Operations.
Complementary Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Perform review of the preliminary of the units that have been test to ensure a good understanding of the customer request, correct fault insulation (this will included the part demands review).
·
Will also provide during the review of the preliminary, the scope of work to assist Customer Support for quotes by determining the type of maintenance and to help Operations by monitoring standard time based on the scope of work.
·
Once the quote is approved by the customer, review the expectations are met.
·
Accountability for confidential and/or sensitive information that could lead to damage to the reputation and/or competitive posture of SAI.

Education/Experience:

Digital and analog Electronic skills

Mechanical and Electromechanical skills

Knowledge of production and repair tools and benches - Instrumentation and measuring skills
·
Knowledge of all Customer requirements as outlined in customers PO's
·
Knowledge of FAA regulations and understanding of Quality requirements
·
Compliance with Safety rules (PPE – Personal Prevention Equipment)
·
Compliance with Cleanliness rules
·
Compliance with procedures and standards – Knowledge of CMM requirements
·
Customer's requirements awareness
·

·
Lean and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
