Job description

We are seeking an experienced assembly and test personnel to start operations for a new SED manufacturing plant in Bengaluru. This role supports growth in actuation sectors and involves a large family of aeronautics products.

Key Responsibilities

• For each step of the process :

o Verify conformity of the work order and associated documents and instructions.

o Prepare and install all necessary means to realize the sequence of operations, including tooling and in process control means.

o Prepare the components to assemble.

o Perform all the tasks of assembly and test as per the proper work instruction, in compliance with HSE rules and Quality and Cost standard.

• Complete the documentation required

o Record and save information related to production both on paper and ERP system.

• Process control :

o Detect and characterize anomalies following control and alert through appropriate

o Contribute to the resolution of anomalies in both simple and diversified operations

Candidate skills & requirements

• Proven capabilities in the field of assembly with problem-solving and resolution skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly

• Strong Quality orientation

• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus.

• Good communication skills in English.
