Job description
To assist the Site Manager and the Production Manager with his/her daily administrative tasks:
To enter and update all kinds of lists (resources, time, IT, phones etc…) and distribute internal / external memos and meeting minutes (to Management and the various departments).
To manage all kinds of documents like badges, access requests, etc
To manage staff travel authorisations and travel and lodging reservations.
To support in onboarding and offboarding processes.
To help new foreign employees with local administration topics (accommodation, working permit; Ausländerbehörde..)
To verify Purchase Orders.
To establish, send and follow-up delivery sheets
To manage meeting room reservations.
To manage visit logistics (rooms, meals, badges, etc.).
To prepare PPT presentations for review meetings.
To launch purchasing activities for the site.
Candidate skills & requirements
3 to 5 years' professional experience in such a similar this position.
Knowledge of the office tools specific to the position.
German and English language skills are mandatory
GoodBasic writing and basic accounting skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
