Job description

A) Projects

• One Safran Supply Chain/ Kaizen Sales Admin

o To support kick-off, coordinating and deployment of One Safran / Kaizen project in Supply Chain Department.

B) Others

• Participate in cross-functional supply chain optimization or cost-reduction initiatives.

• Assist in building dashboards, charts, and data models using Excel, VB Macro or PBI tools.

• Assist in implementing digitalization projects, or SOP updates.

• Analyze performance trends and propose recommendations to reduce waste, improve lead times, or enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Submit and support continuous improvement ideas in order to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.

• Work closely with procurement, operations, logistics, warehouse, sales admin and planning teams.

• Support ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

• Support the supply chain activity for MRO Nilai.

• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.

• Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities

• Perform other related duties as required

Candidate skills & requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, VB macro / PBI, etc.) is an advantage.
