Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations including: demand management at all levels (MTP, S&OP, MPS) procurement raw material, components and consumables for Manufacturing and assembly operations. Warehouses management, Transport and customs operations, Maintain certifications and Legal compliance: IVA IEPS, IMMEX, OEA, Be accountable for the ERP configuration and Inventory management, develop and apply procedures for operating in compliance with QMS, HSE, Trade compliance. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time, Define Budged and strategies to optimize resources. Contribute to create Leadership culture ensuring the development and management of skills of his/her team members.
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
Strong communication skills
Team player and customer focus.
Working experience of relevant software (e.g. Syte Line, SAP, MS Office)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail
Creative problem-solving
A strategic and analytical mind.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field will be appreciated.
