The Supplier Performance Quality Management (SPQM) Intern will report to the SPQM Manager, as part of the Purchasing organization.

• Aerospace Industry Insight: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the aerospace industry, focusing on the critical role of cable assemblies in aerospace applications.

• Supplier Performance & Quality Management: Develop expertise in supplier performance and quality management, including KPI analysis and scorecard publication.

• Project Management Skills: Enhance your project management abilities by participating in key migration projects and PMO activities for RPAs.

• Data Management & Analysis: Improve your data management and analytical skills by working with supplier KPI databases and preparing shortage reports.

• Professional Communication: Strengthen your communication skills through direct interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, learning to navigate and resolve system challenges and training needs.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience with data management and familiarity with databases.
