Job description

1.Good Knowledge on Aerospace domain, structure, loads, ATA chapters & Aircraft drawing.

2.Good Understanding of Material properties, Drawings & GD&T.

· 
Strong foundation in Airframe structural analysis & load path (static failure modes & fatigue analysis) and good knowledge on non-conformances and repair techniques.

· 
Experience in stress analysis (Static / Fatigue & DT ) for aircraft metallic or composite structures (ATR In-service is added advantage).

5.Good understanding of design solutions and its acceptance for specific damages on aircraft primary and secondary structures.

6.Able to co-ordinate with design assessment team for the different solution or solution verification.

7.Assess damage scenarios using appropriate inputs and aircraft configuration drawings.

8.Propose and evaluate structural repair solutions considering time, cost, and safety.

9.Create and manage repair documentation including Database (DB), Repair Instruction/Answer (AW), Repair Drawing (RD), and Technical Disposition (TD).

·  Passion for resolving real-world, in-service aircraft structural issues.

11.Experience & knowledge on Nastran /Patran is added advantage.

Candidate skills & requirements

1.Experience in-service daily and major repairs.

2.Proficient in performing hand calculations for static and fatigue analysis and creating stress justification reports.

3.Work with Structural Repair Manuals (SRM) and Adaption of SRM principles,

Excellent communication and influencing skills

4..Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
