Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and resilient Senior Programme Manager to join Safran Seats GB – a world leader in the concept, design, manufacture and support of cutting-edge First and Business class seating solutions.
This role will see you working on Programmes from cradle to grave, you will have the ability to influence, lead and have the ownership of the project - At the end having the ability to actually physically see and touch what comes off the production the line.

Complementary Description
Safran Seats are looking for 2 Senior Programme Managers to bring exceptional experience to a fast paced, high end complex manufacturing environment. Our Programme Managers work directly with the Airframers and other Global businesses, letting you influence some of the most cutting edge products within aerospace.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for:

Proven Programme Management experience from a complex manufacturing environment
·
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
·
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or
related fields is a plus.
·
Strong understanding of technical and regulatory standards
·
Leadership and resilience: A “street fighter” mentality – demonstrating tenacity, grit, and the willingness to challenge the status quo to achieve results.
