Job Description
Within the SAP ERP center of competences, you will join an international team of around 30 members distributed in several countries.
As a SAP Business Process Owner specialized in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) you will act as the main interface with the Business to support the different projects for all Safran Electrical and Power (SEP) entities worldwide.
Integrated into a multidisciplinary team covering all the main areas of the company ERP (mainly SAP) , your missions within this team will be:
o Constant participation in SAP implementation and improvement projects
o Capture and Analyze all Business needs (new needs or GAPs)
o Identify, design, update and document, based on Business vision, all processes he/she is owing,
o Aim at align and improve process and buy off with all BU.
o Formalize operating principles, « As IS » and « To Be » processes and organization
o Design processes and solutions within SAP implementation projects
o Organize and maintain international network of Key Users or Super Users
o Manage and coordinate projects and specific activities related to process improvement related to SAP
o Is the process expert referent for Support team when required
o Coordinate and support Gap Analysis User Acceptance Tests, non-regression and Deployment phases on the SAP implementation projects
o Help to define and plan the necessary trainings
o Contribute to priorities management and roadmap
o Ensure a consistent SAP solution between the different company Business Units within the same ERP
Job Requirements
Skills required:
o Proficient in business processes in the MRO area (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul)
o Deep knowledge and implementation experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), CS (Customer Service) and PM (Plant Maintenance )
o Should have participated in full cycle SAP implementation projects for the Aerospace & Defense industry
o Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
o Project Management and change management skills
o Very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications
o Strong hands-on Functional/Technical skills in SCM area
o APICS and Green Belt Certification are a plus
Specificity of the job
Opportunity to travel to USA, UK and France occasionally to support the different phases of our implementation projects (around 3/4 trips per year).
