Safran China Suzhou Branch - Purchasing Intern (Tactical and Transactional Intern)

Job description

1. PR/PO Process and document archiving
2. Supplier information maintenance
3. Sourcing for one-shot purchasing
4. Internal communication with requesters/buyers/finance and external communication with suppliers
5. Tracking arrears orders/overdue payment and creating weekly arrears orders report
6. Establish purchasing procedures such as ERP functions
7. Other assignments by supervisor.

Job requirements

·  - Universities undergraduates or postgraduates (purchasing, supply chain, business development, …);
·  - Be good at Microsoft office, especially Excel; Power BI
·  - Be familiar with ERP systems or willing to learn;
·  - Strong English ability (oral and written) and Chinese
·  - Manage multi-tasks and be a good learner;
·  - Guarantee student identity during whole internship period.
