The Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Repairs facility.

This position is responsible providing support across parts, procurement, inventory control, and work order processing.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively coordinate with both internal teams and external customers and vendors.

Coordinate and support daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow between the office, warehouse, and repair teams.

Process orders for repair services and parts, as well as general data entry and clerical duties for the repair department.

Assist with the repair staff coordination and provide backup support for operations when needed.

Support additional project work and special initiatives as assigned by the Manager.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel (preferred but not required).

Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping, planning, and organizing, prioritizing.

Attention to detail and accuracy. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
