Job Description
Role
The position is to support the SVP Americas from DIRI organisation, in his daily activities, being able to manage some internal DIRI projects and processes, and to ensure a good follow-on of key DIRI actions
Responsibilities/Duties
• Support the SVP Americas for strategic analysis in relation with US administration decisions.
• Coordinate the crisis cell organisation and methodology deployment for customs tariffs
• Attend, conduct and host frequent tele-cons and virtual meetings
• Prepare, analyze and finalize the “Customers Fiches” before Safran Executives meetings with Customers or Government/Authorities/Regulatory Officials
• Be able to manage major Air Show organization (MRO Americas, Mexico FAMEX, …)
• Assist the SVP Americas to coordinate information or elaborate action plan towards customers, industrial partners, military or government authorities in Americas
• Consolidate market watch, country briefs yearly/ update & institutional lobbying (France & Americas), contacts database
• Support travels and missions in collecting information, drafting programs
• Standardize reporting and processes for DIRI across Americas
• Consolidate weekly/monthly reporting for Americas, including with Airframers representative
• Implement the regular update of key indicators for the region (external and internal)
• Contribute and follow-up of the yearly strategic plan for Americas
• Support SVP to organise Americas S4 yearly seminar
Job Requirements
Preferred Profile & Professional Qualifications
• Junior profile can be accepted, but a first 3 to 4 years experience in similar function will be a plus.
• Autonomy & Pro-activity
• High level of English skills (spoken & written) is mandatory. Spanish is a plus
• Effective communicator with multiple stakeholders.
• Degree in Business / Engineering preferred.
• Strong know-how of digital applications & microsoft tools
• Professional experience or travel in Americas

• Results oriented
• Excellenet organization of Steering Committee and Business Process review
• Quality of yearly Seminar, yearly Strategic plan and related action plan
• Good follow-up of institutional & industrials contacts database in the Americas region as well as yearly documentation update
