We're looking for an Quality Manager to join our R&D team in Granada, Spain.

The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service quality while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Desired profile
List of activities:
* Size & deploy local Quality objectives, define the associated quality roadmap
* In charge of the local quality team, in terms of recruitments & developments.
Brings expertise within the team.
* Part of the local management board/committee
* Ensure quality objectives are meet within the operational activities from development, to manufacture and support.
* Proactively collaborate with ither services, directions & entities.
* Represent quality in front other third parties: Customers, Suppliers, third party auditors.
* Support root cause investigations & problem solving for complex issues.

* Coordinate Quality Management System activities with the team.
* Promotes innovation & continuous improvement within the organization.
In a matrix organization, he/she will report to the Business Unit QA Director (Fr) and will have a reporting line to the SED Spain CEO.
Background & skills:
- Must have : 5 years of experience in a similar role (QA Manager)
- Must have: Experience in a demanding sector (aerospace, defense, space or automotive)
- Must have: Engineer degree
- Must have: Fluent in English
- Nice to have: experience in electronic industry
- Nice to have: experience in design/engineering company
