Job description
Support Production Quality, Program Quality and QMS Teams as Quality Liaison:
• Prepare and submit delivery documentation for Bombardier programs, Boeing Military programs and other programs, interfacing directly with customers when / as required. Develop / streamline process to eliminate as much manual data entry as possible.
• Support Program Quality Manager and Program Quality Team:
Net Inspect Focal, including developing process / procedure.
Support preparation of 787 As Built Data Reconciliation (ABDR.)
Prepare Military Data Packs for submittal to Customers.
• Support Production Quality non-quality management via non-conformance report preparation, data analysis and monitoring corrective actions.
• Support AS9162 Self-Verification (SV) Program by validating the SV plan and tracking SV rejections / notifications.
• Prepare and update PowerBI reports.
• Manage DVI / FAI / APQP SharePoint transactions.
• Help manage SV plan validation.
• Track SV rejections and notifications.
• Update and manage SharePoint Lists.
• Archive Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) reports and in-house DVI / FAI documents.
• Manage A/Shop FOD Program records and KPI's.
• Perform internal audits on an as needed basis.
Candidate skills & requirements
• Familiar with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quality-oriented mindset, committed to continuous improvement
• Team player
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities / tasks
• University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years, aerospace industry preferred
• PowerBI knowledge, internal auditing experience a plus
• Ability to interface with Management, peers, and Shop Floor employees in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to interface in a clear & professional manner with Customers and Suppliers as needed to resolve delivery documentation issues.
Salary: $51,000 to $63,600
