Job Description

Resolving customer disagreements and conducting internal process audits

· 
Identifying the root cause of quality problems

· 
Designing effective measures to eliminate them

· 
Resolving customer disagreements

Job Requirements

· 
Secondary school/university in a technical field

· 
Optimally two years of experience in a similar position

· 
Communicative knowledge of English

· 
Knowledge of quality management tools (8D, PDCA, 5Why, FMEA, FTA, ...)

· 
Ability to analyze the root causes of quality problems

· 
Knowledge of IATF 16949 or AS 9100 standards

· 
Experience with internal, external audits

· 
Communication, presentation, ability to negotiate
